Hi David,
Seems our friend is not doing to well these days. He has had an infection on his lower back like a cyst that was bleeding but has gotten a bit better. However today he went to the dentist with severe pain. dentist told him is tooth is infected and between all his teeth and jaw bone there is severe calcification which he will need surgery to remove. He has been given antibiotics and pain killers for the next 4 days.The dentist says the reason is from too much stress.
Mentally, he is quick to get down and quick to get excited about things still. I thought he was doing well and improving but he then had these set backs.
I want to recommend a good homeopath for him to go to in person which will serve him well. However I don't have any leads in his area. He is located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Do you have anyone you can recommend there? Even an association which we can search for someone qualified would be appreciated. You have been helpful to prescribe here, but I don't want him to think this a certain thing prescribing over the internet. especially when its second information from him to me and then to you.

Has he been using the Aurum?
People need to understand that you don't just take a remedy then wander back into your old life thinking everything will change. The process of achieving good health takes work, you need to reassess to see if the remedy or the potency needs changing, and you have to respond to the various health crises with appropriate homoeopathic medicines too.
A good first prescription is just one small step towards genuine cure.
I don't know any south american homoeopaths at all I am afraid. However in both Brazil and Argentina, homoeopathy is considered part of normal medicine now, not alternative. So he should have no problem finding one.
He should contact the Brazilian Homeopathic Medical Association for a classical homoeopath.

He has taken a couple of doses since the last post. I cant fully comprehend his genuine feelings/mentals as I am a distance away from him too. As you articulated above there needs to be reassessments, which is difficult to do in this case because of the distance. I will advise him to find a local homeopath to see in person. So he can have first hand experience with his doctor.
