Chronic Asthma for over 21years now Page 7 of 15

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have had to use the ventolin more often then most days and after my visit to the emergency out of hrs service, therefore I am currently on a higher dose of seretide then my regular intake due to my cold/flu symptoms.

It is tough working with the suppressive drugs - just stop the remedy let's see what comes of that.

Can you give me an update on symptoms - how things are worse, any intensification of the sensations or pains. Is there anything at all new?

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
sure I will stop the remedy.

To be honest my symptoms are just what they would be when my condition is very unstable.

A lot of sneezing, blocked nose or partially blocked.A lot of catarrh passing through to my lungs.

My asthma feeling is very uncomfortable as I feel like I not able to deep take breaths.I feel I dont have full control over my lungs Like I am only using 60 percent of the capacity of my lungs.

How often does this happen to you?

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
The nasal symptoms i suffer from everyday but I suffer suffer from a cold/flu every 6-8 weeks which in turn effect my asthma to to extent as per my previous post.

What is the sensation in your lungs right now?

What is the sensation in your nose right now?

What is the overall feeling in your body right now?

My asthma condition since I increased the seredite disk and stopped taking the cactus remedy is now better controlled, however that is due with me increasing the seretide so it will be interesting when I return back to regular intake.

My lungs still feel clogged but I dont feel they are completely preventing me from taking a breath.

The sensation of my nose is that I still sneezing and my nose is completely blocked all the time and feels heavy.my lips are very dry as I'm having to breath through to my mouth.

Body feels like it always does very tired and lack of energy however i am able to walk a few meter's without being out of breath, this wasn't the case when i was taking the cactus.

It sounds exactly like an aggravation. Then the dose was too strong most likely.

How long before you can bring your steroid use back to normal levels do you think?

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
In the case of of my asthma condition I agree that the remedy could have aggravated the asthma and that could have been the reason why i was unable to breath easily, however in the case of my rhinitis is no different then when i was taking the remedy, its just like any day.

Today is the last day for the increased dosage of the seretide disk.

Alhambra last decade
Ok when you go back to normal dosage we can see what happens, and consider restarting the Cactus but adjust the dosage to prevent any further aggravation.

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
what will the dosage be like when i restart?

Alhambra last decade
We will increase the amount of water you dilute the drops in, to a full cup (250mls).

Do you feel the aggravation of the asthma has died down?

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
I dont feel the aggravation of my asthma has died down completely yet.I feel maybe within the next 48hrs.

Alhambra last decade
As soon as it does, restart the Cactus but in the extra water.

Dear Brisbanehomeopath,

An update into my condition.

My rhinitis/nasal condition is now completely out of control which in effect is beginning to slowly effect my asthma.

I am looking into any solution that can help me as this is really effecting my day to day living therefore one on the options available to me go back onto R49 DR.Reckeweg to control this condition as I am have been unable to sleep now for 36hrs due to my6 rhinitis/catarrh condition.

Dear Nikkie/NawazKhan,

Thank you for your prayers and support.

I am really struggling with my nasal condition/rhinitis,which in effect is making my asthma so much worse.

Sneezing in short doses day and night but when i sneeze its very repetitively
(up to 10 sneezes at a time).Eyes watery, runny nose, blocked nose or nostrils. The amount of post-nasal drip I have is excessive and this is what I suffer from on a daily basis come whatever season here in the UK.

This excessive post-nasal drip completely congests my chest and lungs.

NawazKhan im very sorry if I haven't posted back a reply to you about my heart condition before.
Can you please advise me what you mean by heart condition?
In-regards to my chest area I occasionally feel a sharp pain.I also feel like there is honeycomb/spider web of congestion of mucus in chest area, simply too much catarrh.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to request any further info.

Your continued support and prayers is very much appreciated.

Rgds
