Eczema for 21 years

Hi

Ive been having Eczema all my life. Im 21 this year. Im new to homeopathy and hope for any advice given. thanks.

My symtoms are:
General Eczema Inflammation all over the body.(controlled by steriod creams)
itchy watery spots on feet and palms(concentrated on the feet)
