Respected Doctor ...Pls Help
Hi DrI am new to this Forum and looking forward your help .
I am 42 years male involved in touring business and need help on my below problems ( no smocking , no alcohol very friendly in nature and emotional ) -
Problem facing-
1 .Hair Loss ( it started at the age of 25) find it very heavy and Bald on forehead.
2 . Headache - from my child hood ( mainly in my Right head side) feel vomiting if pain is very high .want to sit in dark room during pain and does not like to talk.
3 . Very Low erection - from last 6 months facing this as a big problem . No erection even after so many efforts .Genital remain very loose and does not find any hardness .
used Acid Phos , Lycopodium as advised by Dr but no improvement yet.
yes Selenium 30 gave a relief on my headache part and initially when i started using it helped in my Erection but now Erection is again a problem and I am confused to continue the selenium 30.
pls advice and help me

try sang can 200 daily one dose every morning
and kali phos 3x 4 tab thrice in a day followed by staphysgaria 10m weekly one dose for 4 countinues sunday only...

Thanks a lot for the quick response .
Pls confirm one dose means how many drops in water ?
Also I would like to inform that I had used sanguineria can 30 ch earlier for some time but I observed that it was given me with acid phos that time and I felt very high pain in head more than regular ( dosages were acid phos 5 drops twice and sang can 5 drops twice .pain happened 2-3 times once I took this medicine so I left this )
Now I will again restart the same in 200 potency with the above advised medication and will report post 15 days .

thanks for the Medication .
I tried 4 days Sang can 200 one dose each morning and all these 4 days I felt headache through out the day then I left it and No pain now .I tried it earlier also as shared in my previous mail and felt headache with it .
also I am taking other 2 medicine as advised by you and My ED issue is better now I took 2 dosages till now in last 2 weeks .
just one feedback Can I take Selenium along these 2 medicines you suggested as prior to this medication I was taking selenium 30 and I was not facing headache during these 30 days when I took this .
also My hair fall is not yet controlled
Pls advice
