3 1/2 boy remedy help please!

I have a 3 1/2-year-old boy here are some traits of his Constitution:

Separation anxiety from parents or being left at school

Listening to instructions and following them. It seems like he remembers them for a brief minute or so and then forgets. When reminded sometimes he will repeat the question back to me that I asked him or repeat the command that I told him back to me.

Repetition of the same phrases especially if it is something that he wants or that he is excited about doing.

Cravings for sweets. Especially cold sweet like ice cream Popsicles etc.

Early onset since infancy of ear infections also very prone to developing rashes behind the ears.

Mild fear of flies or flying insects, but loves to dig in the dirt . Also loves trucks and anything else that he can play with that is a piece of equipment.

He has already been on some homeopathic remedies such as tuberculin and alumin. These were prescribed by a homeopathic practitioner. They did help regularity and ease of bowel movements. Now he has ease with bowel movements.

When he eats something that is either particularly warm or cold, he will put his hands on his jaw.

Prone to colds. With runny discharge from the nose

Loves being outside

He would rather be hot than cold.

Seperation anxiety, He can follow instructions but after a minute or not even that long it's like he will forget the instruction. And if he doesn't want to do it he will start whining profusely and repeating what he does not want to do or what he does work to do, then a violent tantrum. Also being able to recount or remember memories or events from recent activities.

Home sick?

Listening to instructions and following them. It seems like he remembers them for a brief minute or so and then forgets. When reminded sometimes he will repeat the question back to me that I asked him or repeat the command that I told him back to me.

👆give an example

Craving for undigestible things like chalk dirt etc.

Aversion to any food?
Intolerance to any food?
How is the stool and urine now?

Me: " please be quiet"

Boy: "be quiet"

He will follow that for about a minute then he will say be quiet about two or three more times or he will come back with a one word answer and say it loudly.

He will put his hands over his mouth or ears when he starts repeating the thing that he wants to do. Sometimes he will do this with going outside and this will escalate into a crying and flaying fits.

He does like to play in the dirt he does not try to eat the dirt. He does sometimes say he wants ice. As far as we know there is no iron deficiency.

Stool and urine are good. Only occasional constipation. Likes mostly sweets and breads. Likes small selection of bland food, doesn't like to try new foods. The prior homeopath we went to told us to cut out wheat gluten, we cut down on it and now his digestion is much better.

I was able to find the calcera in the store, but I had to order the medorrium out of the country. Can I go ahead and start with the calcera?
Also, should the calcera be given 2 times a day for one week?

Gave the meddoranium. Shyness and attachment issue are much better. He no longer says mommy or daddy when out of sight. His conversational skills are improving, sometimes I don't know if he understands the question because he will give an inappropriate answer that doesn't pertain to the question at all. While his shyness is better, he is starting to listen or follow instructions.
At school they have to take him out of the room bc he won't be quiet. It is in a defiant manner, like immediately after being told: be quiet he will start being loud and giggling... kind of like it is a game. It's like his mind is going in a million different directions. He also is still having some trouble with pronouns. Calling himself in third person and getting I and You mixed up. Eating has improved. So now, main concern is attention and focus, following instructions and knowing when it is appropriate to talk or be quiet.
