Separation anxiety is much better, Repeating phrases is also getting much better. now problems with concentrating and remembering . And example would be that we went over shapes last night and he got to school today and did not either want or could not tell the teacher that shapes.

He is also craving milk a lot now

Point is very disobedient not listening to instructions literally if I asked to do something what do you think complete opposite or wine or yell saying no. Thinks it's funny if he gets in trouble. Very argumentative Has new craving for milk. Does not listen to instructions at all

Repetition of questions or phrases reduced about 50%. Now when told the answer he pitches a huge tantrum or just completely ignores and says no. Seperation anxiety is 80% improved. Maybe a 20% improvement in remembering and beiing able to tell you back what you just told him. Still always has to be doing something. If you tell him to be quiet he will burst into song very loudly. He is also getting skin irritation behind the ears. He used to get this when he was younger. He will argue with anything I say, just to say no it's not, or say the answer he wants to hear. He will not be quiet at nap time at school now, he just bursts into loud singing or shouting. And almost like he went from being shy to ADHD.

70% improvements. Areas that have stagnated:
When being told not to do something you'll do just the opposite. Example scout don't touch the stove he will go to touch the stove. Another example is also memory and cognition for example learning his letters numbers and shapes. We are currently wearing the letter essay this week I can tell him scout this is the letter a and he repeats it back to me that's the letter and then if we come back to it he seems a bit confused and sometimes will say that the square or that's a triangle. Problem and differentiating between shapes numbers and letters. He is also having temper tantrum's still. Although they are less frequent, there still very violent that involve kicking on the ground screaming and almost no relief. Mental confusion such as asking him a question like do kick Wyatt?, after he gets in trouble he will say yes. And then I will say we don't kick Wyatt and he will say OK. I will ask him again, do we kick Wyatt, and he will say yes. Digestion is better. He still has some issues with wanting to go poop. Just a sidenote fear of flying insects

Update on my 4 year old.
Better conversation skills, no more seperation anxiety
Temper tantrum improved, but he has them MOST OF THE TIME when at home or with myself or my husband. Very jealous of his older brother and does not want us to pay any attention him, if we die he will get in our face and get our attention. He is also very stubborn. He is in ore school and is integrating and learning somewhat. It may just be his age but he refuses to do his letters or numbers. He will somewhat for his teacher but not at home.he also has difficulty passing stool even if it is soft, he has to strain.
