Regarding your long notes, many description or medicine will appear to match when you read books.
The modalities should be the first one to match before you read further. One who is hot internally, a drying and heating medicine like Lycopodium will not help even if there is an exact match in descriptions, for example

♥ Reva V 3 months agoHello Dr Reva.
I get your point.
I did take Lycopodium during this attack, 3-4 doses in 200c before talking to you, 2 weeks ago. Could it have caused aggravation ?
An update from today :
Pain in left hand palm at the same spot, and in 4th finger of of right hand.
Pain in the foot still there but the inflammation seems better. Of course it is still swollen and qtill can't wear shoes or walk normally.
Pain in right knee is back, the doctor says he can feel fluid has accumulated in it.
Overall mood, energy and complexuon is good.
Cough is not better but it's not somzthing that is hurting and there is no mucus. But I did cough a lot last night and while I talk I cough, and when I swell my lungs, I can't hold my breath because it makes me cough.
Today, the doxtor will tell whether we continue antibiotics or we we start strong anti-inflammatories.
Overall things are better but still abnormal, like can't put a shoe because the foot is too swollen, and when I go and walk in the garden of the hospital, I can walk but it's not the natural walk I used to have.
What's next? Continue Phosphorus and Arsenic?
Also, I took some homeopathic medixines when you were not active on the forum, could they have caused this/or aggravated my case?

syria 3 months agoPlease take Bryonia 30 in wet dose, three times a day.
Stop Phos and Ars.
In future, ask for help in the forum either in this thread or a new thread, instead of self-prescribing. Homeopathic remedies are very powerful and hence it has the potential to cause undesired effect.
♥ Reva V 3 months agoOh... I might not get Bryonia today but tomorrow, is it okay?
What's the wet dose?
The doctor came back in the afternoon, final results are here, no bacteria found so they will stop the antibiotics.
2 diagnosis made by the doxtor here :
1 ) It's a reactional arthritis due to an old infection I caught 2-3 months ago, which got eliminated, but it caused arthritis in joints also called Reactional Arthritis. The treatment in allopathy is symptomatic, they treat symptoms with strong anti-inflammatories for 2-3 months and they will also give me one shot of cortisone steroids tomorrow in the right knee to ease the inflamamtion.
2 ) If it comes again later, and becomes chronic, it is a chronic form of arthritis which is called Spondyloarthritis. I really really hope it is not this and it never comes back again...
My questions to you :
- Why does your diagnosis and theirs is different? They call it arthritis, you call it a spleen disorder. Allopathy doesnt believe in spleen inflammation ?
- Are cortisone steroids shots compatible with homeopathic treatment? Because steroids basically supresses something in the body, and homeopathy brings it out. Is it okay to take both?
Also here is a photo of my foot today. It looks much much better and the swelling looks better :

♥ Reva V 3 months agoIs it okay to take it in liquid dilution and put drops in water and drink or I must get pellets and make my own wet dose?
[Edited by syria on 2018-04-18 04:19:28]
syria 3 months agoEither liquid dilution or pills ok. Please continue until your cough is nearly cleared.
♥ Reva V 3 months agoDear Dr Reva,
I haven't started Bryonia yet, but the cough is cleared since yesterday...
What was Bryonia prescribed for?
Should I still take it if the cough is cleared?

syria 3 months agoDr Reva,
The cough is completely gone, ecen before I started Beyonia, should I still take it?
syria 3 months agoDr Reva, i'm confused as to what to do... I didn't start Bryonia because the cough is gone by itself but I don't know if you prescribed it for the cough or for ovzrall symptoms...
Update as of now :
I've been on anti-inflammatories for 4 days, all the pain is gone in foot, knee, and fingers. The pain in the right buttock is gone too, it sometimes comes back but very very light pain.
There's some pain in the morning in fingers/hand palm but very little and it goes away when I take the anti-inflammatory.
They prescribed it for 3 months, but if the pain is better after a month or two, I can stop them.
The foot doesn't hurt anymore, I have not tried wearing shoes yet because the purple/red aspect on the bunion is still there, even though it is much much better. But it still seems like there's dried blood under the skin and a little bit of oedema/water under the skin.
But even the oedema and the blood under the skin is beter.
The little kind of pustules are gone.
I put aloe vera on it, and a cream containing Hyaluronic Acid which is a a scarring cream.
Overall mood and complexion etc is good and I feel energetic.
Around 3/4/5 pm, I feel a bit sleepy and tired, not a bad kind of tiredness but if I can, I try to take a 30 min/1 hour nap and I wake up fresh and good.

syria 2 months agoYou seem to be better. You dont need any Homeopathic medicines.
If evening symptoms continue, only one dose of Lyco 30 can help. It is a top remedy to give in the end of all acute diseases.
♥ Reva V 2 months agoOh thanks, I'm happy! :-)
One dose of Lyco 30 per day or just one dose and that's it? So I wait for a few days, if the symptoms in the evening continue, then one dose and then nothing the next day right?
And the little bit of water/blood stuck under the skin of of bunion will go away on its own with time?
