Neck pain + sinusitis

I have been battling sinus/cold issues since February. Last week I took a plane and symptoms got worse. Yesterday the left side of my neck got increasingly sore throughout the day. It is still very sore and it mainly aches when swallowing or talking. I found a little relief when attempting to 'pop' my ears. I have a lot of pressure when I bend over forward. I get very anxious when something is wrong with me and I want to feel good again. Please advise with treatment! I have had good results w/ homeopathic remedies for me and my children in the past.

Take Rhus Tox 1M : Put 5 drops in half cup water and take one teaspoon of that water 4 times at 15mins interval and wait for 3 days.
Your neck pain will go away.

Simultaneously, you take steam inhalation daily at bedtime. Not inside AC or under fan.

After 3 days you report to me.
