I have read some info on this website that some of the members have had success taking Arnica 30c + Cinnamon along with Syzygium Q or is it Syzygium jambolanum? and which Arnica is this? I would like some more information on this. I am struggling with type II diabetes and I am allergic to sulfa drugs, metformin and actos. I am currently taking GTF chromium 1000 mcg daily, alpha lipoic acid, and an herbal formula which includes cinnamon 400 mg, fenugreek 210 mg, nopal opuntia 150 mg, bitter melon 150 mg, gymnema sylvestre 100 gm, bilberry 100 mg.
