Allergies and it's impact

Hi,

I'm 36 year old and develop allergies since past 5-6 years. This was seasonal and mostly in the morning and evening with running nose, itchy/watery eyes. I also have breathing problem, if there is no fresh air-circulating (if window is close). If I close the window to avoid allergy, I breath from my mouth and I wakeup with dry mouth/nose.

Since last year I also noticed the impact of allergy on other part of my body. I had serve head/anal itching & past of skin get swallowed.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

and arsenic alb 6ch three times in a day (except sunday)
