Seasonal Allergies

Hi,
Can anybody somebody suggest me something for winter allergies. I normally take loratidin 10mg once for winter allergies. It would be mostly itchy throat and post nasal drip.

The possible remedies are
Rhus Tox 200
arsenic alb 200
Ammonium Carb 200

Please take a remedy twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.
One dose means 2 pills.
