allergy related sinusitisI have been suffering with allergy related sinusitis for one month at the start of spring for the past 6/7 years. Rest of the year I do not have any symptoms.
Per my allergist, I have minor allergies to cat/dog dander, mold, mildew, dust mite, ragweed and special kind of pine that blooms in spring. I do not get any other symptoms except the sinus wall becomes inflamed on the left side and I get severe headaches mostly during nights during one month in spring.
For the last 4 years, the allergist usually gives me omnicept and steroid pills for 10 days at first onset of the headaches.
I have been taking allergy shots for the last 4 years trying to prevent the spring sinusitis episodes.
In general, health is pretty good and high energy level, 45 minutes of regular exercise 3 times a week, 3 times a week 45 minutes of yoga and during spring/summer- walk for 3 to 6 miles a day. Drink usually 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.
1.Very sever headaches at nights (2 to 3 per night) and sometimes one in the afternoon around 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm. The left side of my eyes, sinuses, under the eyes, over the eyes, left ear, left side of teeth hurt .I also get sometimes quizzy feeling in the stomach but not very strong
2.Where each symptom is located Left side of my face, eye, ear, sinus, top of my head, left side of teeth, left cheek
3.What first started it off- We have not been able to figure out what starts it every year but I do not get any warning signs, one night I wake up with a very sever headache or headaches and this lasts for a month.
4.When it's worse first time when weather gets warm spring time
5.When it feels better Putting pressure and putting cold compresses. There are 3 or 4 pressure points, 3 around the eye area and one on the top of the crown and putting pressure on them relieves the headache provided it has not gone into full swing. Cold compresses also help
6.Your sleep pattern and details of any recurring dreams.- Normal 7 to 8 hours of sleep, 10:00 pm to 5:30 am. No recurring dreams
7.What you are sensitive to (i.e., heat, cold, touch, criticism, etc) cannot take really hot or cold weather, more sensitive to heat
8.Your state of mind (fears, anxieties, attitudes, moods, etc) pretty happy and upbeat till spring comes with the sinusitis episode
9.Any desires or aversions for particular foods, and whether certain foods make you feel better or worse- usually a healthy vegetarian eater, sweet tooth for chocolate trying to cut down. But every now and than on a particular day out of bloom smell or sight of a specific food may bother me (I may be fine with that food the next day) and I have found out that forcefully eating that food on that particular day makes me throw up eventually.
10.Details of any major diseases suffered in past.- been pretty healthy
11.Details of any reactions to other medicines taken.- none
12.History of homeopathic treatment if any. -none
13.All other symptoms you have (i.e. watering eyes, cold feet, thirst). With the headache, I will wake up with severe pain. I will feel sometimes clammy and quizzy. My feet and hands are usually cold in general and they are the same way during the headache. No other symptoms.
I will really really appreciate it if someone can suggest remedy. I get practically bed ridden for the month and every year the pain is getting more severe.
Thanks you very much in advance.

Hi! Thank you very much for your reply. I have one more question- I take multivitamins, vitamin E 400, Calcicum 1200 and Bcomplex with C 100. Can I continue taking them with the medicine you have suggested or do I need to change my vitamin intake?
Once in a while I need to take antiacid tablet- how does that affect with the medicine you have recommended? Do I need to do anything?
