I have anal fissure my anal is too swelling it is like a bolls and the fissure is also swelling like a knot it is burning every time even I can not sit, stand or walk properly after lay down on the bed I get some relief I have consult with Forties Delhi surgeon they told me that this is fissure you need surgery for that, I know allopath doesn’t' have cure for that.

I am male 28 years old. Already I was two times operation for piles. Now again it is came. Last four days motion full tight and some pimples in my delivery area and blood also coming with motion.

b. Whether stools are constipated?
c. Whether stools are large, hard and dry or stools are like sheep dung in small quantities.
d. Whether there is pain? When it starts and how long it continues? Describe your pain.
e. Whether pilesprotrude out of anus?
f. Whether bleeding takes place? How much? Whether stools are stained with blood or there is bleeding at the end of the stool.
g. Whether there is flatulence and other digestive disorders.

a. At the time of motion burning in anus and more than 2 hours continuously there.

b. Yes stools are constipated.

My anas is too swelled red colour it is too painfull and a cut on the anas, every time when I am going toilet bleeding starts, not because of swelling because of strain on the anas of the cut. I'm 20 years old man and suffering from this problem for 5 years. after stool its like burns inside and it take 1 hour to get rid off pain.. there is no bleeding .. everyday morning I go to the toilet 3 or 4 times.. stool with mucus.. when I use water after toilet I can feel some little balls (size of water drop) inside my anus..
