Anal Fissure or piles

i am suffering from anal pain during stool pass and some times blood on stool and also can't sit much time .when i sit in chair buttocks burning and sometimes pain.anal hole looks like small. this is my problem i went local doctor he said it was Anal Fissure and give me some medicine but not works.i went to local homeopathy doctor he said internal pilesand give me some medicine. i used this medicine for 2 months stopped blood on stool but pain is not stopped.if stool is very very soft there is no pain(feels happy) but if stool is little hard so much pain. i started to taking plenty of water,stool comes soft .finally i can't understand my problem.my anal photos i uploaded please see and confirm problem and give me best medicine .is any mistakes in English words sorry

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Sulphur 200, Nux 200, Nitric Acid 200, Thuja 200 generally provide relief for such problems. You may take remedies one by one whenever you have problem. Please take the remedy twice a day for 2 days and see how it affects over next few day. Proceed to next remedy if there is no relief. Take juice of water melon, musk melon, pine-apple, sweet lemon etc regular for best effects.
