How do you describe 'Seborrheic'

Are the patches of Red colour?

Yes, red itchy patches behind my knees and ears that get worst by heat or sweat.. have dry itshy scalling feet too but no patches on them.

I get tired even after a small meal.

Fresh onions and Dark chocolate give me light headache.

Ocasional internal hamorhoides, no blood, worsten by spicy food

Other wise in a great phisical condition, don't get stressed out easily, work out regulary and have good blood work, I eat healthy.

I am 42 and have these conditions for about 5 yrs now.

Thanks much Rajendra

Take Apis M. 30 (4pills at a time - three times a day)

Report the effect after 24 hours.
