pilonidal cyst

My son has pilonidal cyst. It reappears every 2 months. I normally give him myristica 200 1 dose at night and after 4 to 5 days I give him silicea 6 c daily 3 doses for about a week followed by silicea 200 1 dose only once. This gives him temporary relief for about 2 months.
Is there any remedy that can give him relief for longer duration. Please help.
Thanks.

Could you please try applying an ointment of Thuja for a period of 15 days and get back to me. It happened to me once and now it's gone

Find a biochemic which contains Silicea 6x and also Calarea Sulphurica 6X. Take 3 pills thrice a day, till the cysts drains completely. Don't stop this or go to higher potency till the cyst is not completely drained or till it is only discharges red blood and all area around it is red.
