Pilonidal sinus/cyst

Hello, Im a 24 year old female suffering from pilonidal sinus/cyst. I was diagnosed in January of 2017 with PCOS and had a month long period where I was prescribed pills to control menstruation, when I noticed bleeding it was then discovered that two sinuses had opened up. It did not pain then. Over the years though I got flare ups, pain but no visible lumps were there. It would feel like I was sitting on a broken seat that pushed against my tailbone but would go away within 3-4 days. I would take silicea 1M and myristica 200. But in late 2022, it got really bad. I had a huge lump that would hurt really bad when sitting or laying down. It burst open and blood and pus would come out. I took antibiotics which slowly stopped the bleeding and pus formation. I did schedule a surgery but did not go through due to lack of successful story, sometimes I regret like what if it actually healed me successfully. After that every six months a lump would form but I took antibiotics to suppress it. I would also feel slight pain when I got sick/flu. No homeopathy medicine works once it forms infection or grows as a lump. I had a lump again three months back but it had gone away until now, though there were sinuses, now 7-8, some are small and some are big. I got sick yesterday and seem to be having throat infection and have started feeling pain down there again. I took antibiotics for the throat infection, but I dont want the pilonidal cyst to get worse and develp an abscess or infection, theres a slight bump as of now and pain when laying down. I want to completely heal and close all the sinuses with the help of homeopathy as I believe in its efficacy. Please help me as Im getting anxious and dont want surgery. I want to live my life without worrying about triggering this condition.
