My heart goes out to you!
I lost a baby at 19 weeks and one at 12 weeks. So devastating!
I spent many, many nights on the net, reading books, thousands of dollars went into to homopathy. One book that changed my life was What your Dr. doesnt tell you about premenopause by Dr. John Lee . Highly recomend reading that .
One of the reasons many women miscarry is cuz of lack of progesterone in the first trimester.
After 8 years of devastating miscarriages and surgeries, I finally had a beautiful girl...now 2. The things I did prior to getting pregnant was the progesterone cream and a bowel cleanse. I would definately try the sepia as well. I have a lot more info. on getting pregnant if you want. Just let me know in this post and I will check back.
Good luck and god bless!!

Siema,

The things that worked for me....

1. Start with a bowel cleanse and progesterone cream. HIGHLY suggest reading Dr. John Lee's book called What your Dr. doesnt tell you about premenopause. It talks all about prog. cream and how it helps women with all kinds of female issues.
2. Get on some good 100% Noni juice! Its nasty but I know it works! Just plug your nose when you drink it! ha ha ha
3. Acupressure or acupuncture.
4. If you eat a lot of junk, get on a whole body cleanse!

K, so I accidently hit the enter button and it sent it before I was done.

I wish you the best of luck with this!
I am currently trying to conceive again. I am seeing a chinese guy in SLC who can do some amazing things! He is having me take chlorella (helps get rid of toxins) and noni juice and progesterone cream. Those are all things I did 3 years ago the month before I got pregnant! Best of luck to you!!!! I hope I hear you're pregnant soon!!

DEAR SIEMA,

Though you have not filled my questionaire but I would like to help you in your case, as under, if you agree, if not then this post may help the other cases like this:

1. Sepia-200 (3 drops one dose weekly)
2. VIBURNUM OPULUS-Q (25 drops in a little water at night) for atleast one month.

Hi Siema,
I am using 100% Noni juice. The noni at costco is watered down. Go to a health food store or try online for 100% noni. noni aloha
For the bowel cleanse, go to google herb doc or Dr. Schulze ! (this forum wont allow me to list urls.) I take 3 oz. of noni juice a day along with 15 chlorella tablets crushed up. You can get these at your health food store. sunchlorella is what its called.
The chlorella will pull out toxins. The progesterone cream, google cyst101. Also read Dr. John Lees book which talks about the importance of how much progesterone to use for which female problems.
I hope this helps!! If any other questions, please reply back! Thanks and good luck!! princesstiny
ps The chlorella and noni are nasty. As long as they are cold and you plug your nose, take them with 2 oz. of any fruit juice and guzzle it before you can think its nasty. I've been doing it for a month now.

dear dr. mahfooz and princesstiny,

thank you both, very much, for your help and your posts.

dr. mahfooz, i have filled out your questionnaire but it is so long (and includes personal details) that i am uncomfortable sharing on the forum. if you feel comfortable, you can write to me on my yahoo address. my userid is siemstar. i will keep the email address you use, confidential.

Dear Siema

My vote to Vibunum Opulus Q in early pregnancy. Usually in first and second month 10 to 15 drops in water used regularly prevents Miscarriage. For third month the prevention remedy is Sabina (30c). For fourth and fifth month its Kali carb(not frequent doses).

dear dr mahfooz,

sorry for giving my email address and asking you to write to me. sorry moderator!

i have reconsidered and will try to post the answers to your question:

Describe your main suffering and from how long?
Exact location?
If your are female how is your menstrual cycles and from how long (normal, irregular, painful, clotted, colour etc.)
Any cause which you feel for this ailment?
What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
When did it all start?

I am 39 years and 9 months old.
Development professional and work flexible timings

Habits: I eat a lot of vegetables, daal and rice. Some fruit. Drink tea twice or three times every day. Like to wake up early, between 7am and 8am. Like to go to bed early by 11pm. Fall sick (indigestion) easily if I do not get enough sleep or clean, light food.

right now my main problem is that i am trying to conceive without success.

My other main suffering is irritable bowel syndrome/ poor digestion and I have had it since I was 8 years old (that is as far back as I remember, but it could be longer)

I also suffered from severe menstrual cramps with nausea, diarrhea and low blood pressure from the age of 16-34 (when I had my first and only baby). After I had my baby, the pain was much better and the diarrhea improved. Since the last two years the pain is much less, as is the menstrual flow and the number of days of my flow.

Before I had my baby I had a very regular 28 day cycle (sometimes late or early by two days). The flow was heavy on the first and second days, then very light on the third day. Then a little on the fourth day and extremely light on the fifth and last day. The colour on the first day was dark brown and by the fourth and fifth day, there was a nasty smell. There have always been visible clots in my flow.

I had a miscarriage at 13 weeks in 2004 when my first child was two and a half. That had been an unplanned pregnancy and I was very stressed about it. I had a great deal of hunger and nausea during the first 13 weeks. When I had my miscarriage, I had a DNC. There was sharp pain on my right side after the DNC. The gynecologist said it was probably due to a ruptured luteal cyst that had formed during pregnancy. The bleeding went on for 7 weeks. I recovered emotionally very quickly but physically I had to rest for 7 weeks because of the prolonged bleeding. I was very irritable during those 7 weeks. After the bleeding stopped, I suffered from severe backache for a few weeks.

Though my ultrasound and gynecological exams have all been clear, I sometimes still have pain in the right side of my lower pelvic area, just above the thigh, especially if I am sitting for too long for several days (like extended car travel)

Since the last two years (starting in april 2006), my menstrual flow is now only for two days, sometimes three days. On the third day it is very light or non-existent. My cycle is also less regular, anywhere from 26 – 31 days since the last two years. There is very little pain. Though there is diarrhea and some pain in my right leg before the period. I also have breast tenderness before periods (always had it)

I have been trying to conceive without success since summer of 2006. I have been taking sepia 30 almost daily on the recommendation of a homeopath.

Since the last three years I have also been suffering from hives/ urticaria in the summer months. This is made worse by heat, spicy and fried foods, Chinese seasonings and certain fruits like mangoes. This year the urticaria was much better as I have been taking urtica and rosa canina, ribes nigrum and tilia tomentosa for the last three summers on the recommendation of a homeopath.

What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?

My digestion is worse when I am too active or stressed or if I don’t sleep enough.
When I have a digestion problem, I become sleepy, lethargic and irritable and sometimes my sleep is disturbed.

I feel ambivalent about my failure to conceive as I have a busy work and family life, but feel I must try now to have a baby for the sake of my older child who needs a sibling.

What are the things which aggravate or ameliorate your suffering?

Sleep, rest and green tea help my digestion.

When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

I prefer cool, dry weather (not too cold, not too hot, not humid). I feel worst in hot and humid weather.

What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

I crave salty foods like cheddar cheese and roast beef. I do not like things that are excessively sweet. I am averse to foods that are sour and spicy (such as khatti daal)and that have a soft texture (like bhindi in a soupy gravy)

How is your thirst:

Excessive during the morning and early afternoon

How if your hunger:

Excessive at lunch time. I am indifferent to food after 7pm and cannot digest a big meal if I eat after 10pm. I generally eat a little food or no food at dinner time.

How is your bowel movement and stool type (Constipation etc.)?
Regular. I go at least once every morning; sometimes several times if my digestion is irritated. My stool is usually thin and when my digestion is irritated, there are undigested food particles (such as vegetables) in the stool. If my digestion is ok, then my stool is formed, though thin. In the last 15 years I cannot remember a day when I did not have a bowel movement.

How sleep, how are your dreams?

My sleep is ok. I prefer to sleep by 11pm. If my digestion is ok, I sleep ok. If it is poor, I sleep too much (but still feel tired) or wake up in the middle of the night and cannot go back to sleep for several hours.

I usually don’t remember my dreams.

Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings?

Even though I love my husband very much, I have very low libido since the last 11 years.

What medications have been taken earlier?
Sepia 30, rosa canina, ribes nigrum, tilia tomentosa, and many other single and compound homeopathic remedies for acute problems. As well as chamomilla mother tincture for relaxation and hydrastis and Echinacea mother tinctures for acute infections.

How do you look like (Appearance (fat, thin, smart, tall, lean etc)?

Medium height (5’5”), and relatively slim, though I have generous hips, thighs and calves. My upper body is very slim. Very little grey hair and look about 10-15 years younger than my age.

Family history - What major diseases are running in your family?

Father also suffered from irritable bowel syndrome and nothing else till he died at 52. Mother (in late sixties) suffers from slightly elevated blood pressure and blood cholesterol.

dr mahfooz,

still no success. this month i was almost sure i was pregnant but got my period on the 28th day! i have been charting my bbt, which shows a bi-phasic pattern, but the change in temperature is slow. it takes about 2 days for my temp to drop at the onset of periods. also it takes about 3 days for the temp to rise after ovulation (it does not spike immediely). what do you suggest? thanks for all your help!
