Acid reflux, lump in throat, blood in mucus

I am a 26 yr old male and have suffered from heartburn for several years. I do not control what I eat very much (both quality & quantity). For the past few months I have had a semi-sore throat, sometimes it feels like there is a lump in it, it is dry, uncomfortable to swallow, and sometimes I have light blood streaks in my phlegm. I have not gone to the doctor about any of this ever. I have been taking Nat Phos 6x after every meal for the past month or so and also wet dose of Arnica 30C once a day per old threads on this board. The Nat Phos seems to control my heartburn a bit, though not fully, but I don't think my throat has improved. Any suggestions?
