Dear Doc,
Yesterday(24/11/04) evening also fine. No bleeding etc. Evacuation satisfactory.
Today Evacuation satisfactory, abdomen a bit bloated. Yesterday had food with a assortment of potatoes, brinjal etc (a bit like veg kurma (probably all the left over veg.) Otherwise fine than before.
The dry cough still persistant. This occured during the time took aloes. cold & Fever went off.

Today 26/11/04)feeling very bad. Abdomen bloated, heaviness and very constipated. Very severe.
Probably have to wait for 3 days. Have purchased Dr Schwabe's Aloes Mother Tincture today.

Just a confirmation - I take ALOES mother tincture 5 drops in water (1/3) every alternate days for 5 days. Hope it is OK.
Cough still present. Will keep you posted of any new developments.

Have started Aloes mother tincture on 29/11/04 (5 drops in 2/3 tablespoon water . As of now no much change.
A bit of pain in the head and top part of the eye on the left side in the mornings almost till 11 am.
The cough still present.

Dear Mr Murthy,
I read it on the Forum of Mr Pankaj Varma's bereavment. I have left my condolences in his posting. Many thanks for taking my case in his absence.
Yesterday (1/12/04) even constipated. Lots of flatulence. Evening bowel movement not satisfactory - stools hard, brownish and in small bits of 1-2 inches.
Yesterday (1/12/04)night another dose (5 drops) of Aloes.
Today (2/12/04) felt constipated. Woke up with a terrible back pain extreme below. With pushing, prodding the abdomen/stomach and massaging the back could pass stools. Same like 1-2 inches bit hard initially and then a bit better. a paining sensation (like when you are bruised/cut) in the rectum area. Stomach feels very heavy. Feeling like still need to go for bowel movement.
In spite of all this I dont find it very troublesome and can be managed.
Pls let me know if I need to continue the medication. I have given all details in my previous postings and regularly updating the postings.
The cough still present. Its been there for a month. This got aggravated because office was under renovation - painting, carpentry work, laying of vinyl flooring etc. This carried on for a month.

Dear Doc,
Have taken 3 does of ALOES as of today (6/12/04). Yesterday was supposed to take 4th dose, unfortunately had to take Nux 200 (Very cold-took 2 pegs of whisky).
Cough very serious. continous cough from the day first started aloes. Now while coughing - back of head, top of head and forehead pains.
Is there any medication for the cough. As of now have only taken a dose of Sulphur 200 and 3 dose of aloes.
Stomach still feels heavy and a bit constipated. Flatulence still present.

I have already taken yesterday(6/12/04) the 4th dose of ALOES. I'll stop the aloes. Nux 200 I took on 5/12/04. Do I need to take it again.

Yes take Nux Vomica every alternate night.
Also helps in cough. The origin of your cough seems to be the dis-ordered stomach.

Another thing, my daughter, 15 years, studying in the X, finals this Mar 2005 - her hair is falling a lot. even if she runs a comb its full of hair and even the bathroom. Read it on the forum that ARNICA 6C is good for hair loss. Do I give her the med

Doc,
Today (8/12/04) was very bad. Very constipated and very bloated. Just had half an egg white and a small piece of potato. Even bloated upto below the ribs and felt nauseas. I have yesterday taken Nux 200.
Its just that couple of days everything is good and one fine morning everything turn topsy turvy.

Sorry!! Yesterday I did not have internet access. I could not reply to your mail.
I have taken Nux 200 for 3 days starting on 5,7 & 9th Dec.
Stopped ALOES on 6/12/04.
Energy levels have come down and very disturbed.
I have observed the following, which I'm listing(probably a long list)
1. Dandruff in the hair.
2. Worts on the face and on the neck area. (Father has it)
3. Boil on the face, stomach and back of the head (below the hair)- subsided (had consumed groundnuts a bit, when hungry)
4. Pain on right cheekbone, forehead, and head feels heavy(is it sinus)
5. Cough still present. throat irritation - need to clear the throat very often. When coughing the chest along with head heaviness and forehead pais.
6. Bloatedness back and abdomen heavy - below the centre of lower rib cage and top of abdomen. Trapped gas. Feels like to pass stool. Have to go 3-4 times still. Feels less flatulence.
7. Lower part of the abdomen heavy(right side) need to push for stool to pass.
8. Lower back pain and inside right knee pain.
9. Stools morning and evenings fairly satisfactory.
I use godrej round bar shaving cream, once in a week apply coconut oil to the hair and shampoo it with Silvikrin kids shampoo & conditioner, uses Sensodyne tartar control with fluoride toothpaste, Pears soap(mint flavour and germshield - blue color).
MEDS used - 1 dose of SULPHUR 200, 4 doses of ALOES mother tincture. (fairly OK feelings. Disturbed once)
I'm really in a very disturbed state. Can I start the meds or any change in meds required. Anxiously waiting for your reply.

What you are experiencing is an aggravation from Sulphur.
This will pass.
Aloe has suited you. Repeat in the dosage suggested earlier.
Take one dose of Sulphur 200 seven days fro mthe date you took the first dose of same med.
Give feed back after 5 days of use. Meds take time to produce system stability.

Last I took Sulphur 200 was on 30th Nov, a week after that dose should have been 7th Dec. U had asked me to stop all meds and hence did not continue Sulphur.
Today onwards can I take Aloes and tomorrow morning take sulphur.
I was a bit worried. Glad that as you said it is an aggravation of sulphur. At lease things are on the right track.
