Doc,
Today (11/12/04) took SULPHUR 200 1 dose in the morning. Is is OK if I start to take from tomorrow ALOES. A usual every alternate day and do I take SULPHUR again after a week.
Today felt much better compared to the few days before. I would post you details after 5 days(as you have advised).

From 13th start Aloes....take a dose every night.
One dose Sulphur again on 18th. Don't take Aloe on that day.

my daughter, 15 years, studying in the X, finals this Mar 2005 - her hair is falling a lot. even if she runs a comb its full of hair and even the bathroom. Read it on the forum that ARNICA 6C is good for hair loss. Do I give her the med

However, give her PHOSPHORUS 200 one dose only i nthe morning.

Dear Doc,
Have started takings ALOES from 13/12. Mornings and evenings seems to be much better compared to earlier stage. Today (17/12) felt a bit heavy, even after a good evacuation. The feeling passed off after some time.
Tomorrow will take the SULPHUR (3rd dose).
Will post details. Probably would not be acessing the forum/postings till the end of this year. Hence do I keep on continuing ALOES. What about SULPHUR after tomorrow(18/12/04) Do I need to take it again.

Don't need Sulphur after third dose.

This week abdomen a bit heavy. Probably all the X'Mas eating and drinking. Took bananas and curds for a few days and motion came back to normal.
You had advised me to take ALOES upto the end of the year.It happens to be tomorrow (31/12/04). 24/12 & 2/3 days head a bit heavy, hip joints were paining and right let knee. This happened earlier also.
3/4 times evacuation in the morning and then abdomen feels OK. In case I take any gastric food, lots of flatulence and stomach the next day after evacuation feels bloated.
Its much better than earlier condition, but the smoothness/comfort level has not materialised.
Do advise me in case I need to take any meds.

Doc,
Yesterday evening had a peculiar problem. Had an evacuation in the evening/night and all of a sudden the abdomen got bloated. Very severe bloatedness. Took a dose of ALOES and still it did not subside. Today morning (3.01.05)even after proper evacuation there is still bloatedness.
Took food cooked in Ghee (Last 2 days), yesterday (2.01.05) normal food, rice, curd etc and yesterday morning sprayed medicine on plants.
Today back of the head also heavy.
Doc, why is it that there is a change. Do advise me.

Yesterday evening also it was bloated. In fact trapped gas and flatulence does not pass. Went for a long walk. By the time came back home, had an urge for bowel movement. Had a lump evacuation with a sound. After that everything normal.
Today also morning, bowel movement OK. Only thing had to go 4 times and need to walk in the room for some time. Rest the bloatedness gone.
Thx a lot Doc. You are taking good care of me. Maybe I'm troubling you a lot.

Sorry!! forgot to add. Have made a goof up. Took Sulphur 200 instead of Nux on 25th Dec. Just came to know of it on 31st when again took it and then checked the name and spat out the med.(Did not intake the med)
Hope there are no issues...

Still continuing ALOES MT in the early morning and Nux 200 in the night (after dinner).

Long time ...
Firstly my drinking (liquor- I presume)is limited. A peg or two max that to either once in a fortnight or once in a week. Recently only consume in water. Stopped all the colas etc.
Food can be a problem .. It aggravates the next day morning after eating the night before. Eating anything gastric or pulses. On 18/01, I ate a potato wada in the evening and night ate chapathi along with spinach (palak). Nothing else. I have observed that any day in the evenings I eat anything gastric, the next day morning I tend to have problems.
I have OK bowel movement, but abdomen tends to be heavy and trapped gas, rumblings etc. Like something being held up at the top of the abdomen or down at the rectum.I need to push on the top or press down the abdomen.
Do I have to live with it or would it be cured with the meds I am taking.
Do also tell me when to cut off the medicines I am taking.
Over all I shud say it is much better than when we started.
Gastric foods aggravates but there is something or the other at home. How can I help it.
