No, I dont think you should try some other medicine.
Because, you WERE benefitted with Pulsatilla. And you will be. You just have to be patient.
There is no point in hopping from one medicine to other without reason. That too, when you can see the improvement.
Homoeopathy works in a different way.
Right now you are taking Pulsatilla 200. The potencies are to be increased in the order 200, 1 M , 10 M, CM, DM, MM. You might need higher potency afterwards.
We just have to wait till the body throws a different drug picture, or requires a higher potency.
In your case I am confidant that this treatment should help you.

Visit a doctor and ask him to examine it. It is better to have a diagnosis.
Please come back with the doctor's findings.

As I had written in my first post , your frequent hopping from doctor to doctor and from one pathy to other wont do any good.
You have to be patient till you start getting results.

Hi,
Sorry for the dalay.
I have been taking pulsatilla 200 since 6 days.
But feeling worse: headache
weakness and dizziness has increased. Also feeling too low.
Currently undergoing thru some personal/family problems.
I feel this as another factor for my condition.

Stop taking Pulsatilla.
Did you visit the doctor for your swelling ? How is it now?
Any dreams? How is your sleep? how is your bowel movement? Any change in appetite?
Are you taking any other medicine?
Your family/ personal problems are very important from the point of view of the treatment.

If you realy want some help, please give details of your illness from very bigining and also what treatment have you been taking including if any pathological tests, X-Ray, Ultrasounds, Urine, Heamatology etc., etc.,
