azoospermia-pls help
hello doctors,i am diagnosed with azoospermia. we are married for 5 years. we were trying for past 2 years. semen analysis was done in feb and may this year and the results were azoospermia. FNA was done that had 'late maturation arrest'.
pls help if this condition can be cured. i can provide a latest semenogram if you ask for.
