Ovarian Mass, No Menses, PCOS Plz Help Me

HI,

I had an ultrasound done and it showed that I have a 5 cm 'tissue like, with solid areas' mass that also looks like it is or was bleeding into itself on my left. They say it looks like it used to be a cyst but it is not filled with fluid.

I am 28 years old and I have not had a menstral for 5 or 6 years on my own but I had one in Dec. 2003 by using Provera. That was the last one. My testosterone level is out of this world. The total level is 700 H, the free is 118 H. I have normal FSh and Lh levels. I have hiritism and abdominal weight gain and I have gained over 100 pounds in the last 5 years. I have PCOS and Insulin Resistance. The ultrasound showed my right ovary is enlarged with cysts and my uterus is fine, but my left ovary is almost twice the size of my already enlarged right ovary.

The doctors tell me they might have to remove my left ovary but I have not had children yet and I want to do so one day. They put me on Birth control pills and said they will do a wait and see for 6 weeks and then scan me again to see if there is a change in size.

Here are my symptoms:

My left ovary pulsates really fast

I have lost my temple hair 2 years ago

My hair will not grow any longer than an inch all over

I have had a rapid increase in facial and body hair over the last year

No menstral for years

PCOS with IR

I was having pains in my left ovary last year that casused me to seek medical attention but it no longer hurts as bad just throbbing really fast

WHen my left ovary pulsates, my left adrenal gland does so as well

Please ask me any questions you need to because I have a limited time to act to cure this before they want to do surgery.

Please help me, any directions are welcome and I will act on it right away

I have taken my first pellet of Sepia 30C last night. Today there seems to be grumbling in my upper abdomen. Nothing is felt in my ovaries yet though.

My question is how many pellets was I supposed to take per night?

Is 1 pellet considered 1 dose?

After failure of suggested medicines,contact a local homeopath.The case is complicated and needs full case taking by a trained homeopath.
These forums can help you but under limit.

So the update is that my facial hair has slowed in growth about 50%.

Also, I noticed some HUGE changes in my sleep and other changes.

hi u can take the medicines from ABC MEDICINE STORE FOR ITS GENUINITY.2tab is one dosage.its available in tablet form not in pellet.try to collect genuine brand and take it peacefully.thanks

hi you can search the medicine in trituration base.if not avilable collect 30 in pellet form and take 4pills morning and night b4 half an hour of your meal.Report here after two weeks.its wisy to take 3x or 4x tab forms.willmar schewabe,Germany supply it in 4x potency which is tab form.thanks
