Pcos
Hello! I am a 27y old, female and I suffer from Pcos - rapid weight gain, acnee, hair loss, but I used to have regular periods ( that lasted for about 7 days/ month) I also discovered fibromas when I was pregnant. I gave birth in december 2019. I am currently breastfeeding but I need a cure to lose weight and get rid of acnee and hair loss.Lilyofthevalley on 2020-07-02

NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS
FOR ACNE
Hepar Sulphur 200
Dose as 5 drops taken every other day.
Arsenicum Album 200.
Dose as 5 drops taken at the same time, taken twice a day.
Nat Phos 6x 5 tabs three times a day daily.
Other issues will be addressed subsequently.
For weight loss do PRANAYAMA regularly .Watch Youtube to know the procedure.
Feedback every 7 days.

Hello! Thanks for your answer. I could not find Nux Vomica by drops and Nat Phos tabs, but I have them in the form of pellets..so how many should I take like that?

I think I'm starting to see result with my acne, pimples are starting to recover way faster than before. I can't seem to lose weight, even though I try to eat clean and I reduced carbs and sugar intake. What is frustrating is that I wake up at night and I crave sweets.. and is like I have no control and start eating whatever I can find that's sweet. Also, for the last 2 days I had severe lower back pain. Please advice.

For weight loss do PRANAYAMA regularly and go for a 5 km brisk walk .Watch Youtube to know the procedure of doing PRAYANAM.
In addition have Mag Phos 6x three times a day for pain.
Continue same protocol and give a feedback after a week.

Hello dr.! After I saw an improvement, now my acne is starting to get worse..I have a lot of new under the skin pimples that heal very slow.

My acne is still present and I have lots of acne scars. And I noticed that I have more blackheads than ever ( I used to have only on my nose and sometimes on the chin, but now are all over, even on my cheeks). Also, can you please tell me what to take for hair loss and sweaty scalp( it's so frustrating that my scalp sweats a lot)

Hello! I just managed to purchase the remedies. I could not find Kali mut and Silica in tab form, only by drops..how many drops should I take and can I take them together at the same time?

Still have acne and for the last three days or so the red pimples from the sides of my chin( these pimples are the worst, they are inflamed and don't seem to heal) are very itchy. Please help
