PCOS - Cystic Acne Symptoms

Hi-

I was diagnosed with PCOS a month ago but it's possible that I had been suffering from it a couple years back. The symptoms started appearing about two years before diagnosis. I suffer from severe cystic acne which is a symptom of PCOS along with hormonal imbalances, weight gain, and hirsutism. I used to be 120 before my PCOS kicked in and now I am 127. It may not be too much but it appears to take a toll on my small 5' 2" frame. The worst of all these symptoms, however, is my cystic acne. It is painful, and some days I will have 11 cystic pimples (like today) and some days I will have two to three. I have noticed that they erupt closer to my period and then calm down a little bit after my periods. It is notable that one cheek is always way clear than the other. They are mainly concentrated on my cheeks- and I never used to get pimples on my forehead at all but as of 3-4 days ago I started breaking out on my forehead and every other possible inch of my face. It is painful and frustrating and I am hoping homeopathy can save me from further cysts and scars. I am 2 and a half weeks into a birth control pill. I took a different birth control for one week and switched over to another the second week due to severe nausea experienced from the first one. I was wondering if this birth control pill had anything to do with my acne? I did manage to lose a couple pounds in 2 weeks and went down to around 124. Weight appears to not be an issue for me as much as the acne is. The cystic acne itself tends to stay for 2-3 weeks on end and does not go away. It remains red and pustular but under the surface and does not come to a head. I use ayurvedic antiseptic (burnol) for some of them to take the pus out and empty the spot for good which has seemed to have a positive affect but has left a lot of scarring. Plus, this method only works if a tiny bit of a whitehead is seen. Most days no whiteheads are formed but just painful cystic pimples that stay for weeks on end. To help with a possible treatment method the following is my biodata:
I am a 19 year old single female weighing 124 pounds. I am 5'2" and am ethnically South Asian (Pakistan). I live in the U.S. in a rather humid environment. It is notable that I crave extra salt in all my foods to the point that I pour salt over already cooked food that contains significant amounts of salt already. I remember to drink water but I never do feel thirsty. I have suffered from severe anxiety and depression in the past. My menstrual cycles are very irregular they may come from every 3 weeks to every 6-7 weeks. When they do come I experience grave cramping and contractions.

Hello Sir,

I have completed 10 days of the course of this medication. I have seen a drastic decrease in my acne. Shall I continue the medication? Please let me know.

Thank You for your help.

You may discontinue the medicine for the time being and start it again on need.
