Bad Skin

Hello

I am a 31 year old male who still suffers badly from acne. Have tried all the treatments and the face washes and even the extreme medicine like roacitine and even long term antibiotics.
I sometimes get boils or cysts on my face and back and its a daily struggle to keep my face clear of spots. The wierd thing is if my nose does not have any spots on it and i squeeze the skin Puss still comes out from every other pore
Any ideas ??

you can try (Kali brom-30c) one dose dily in one glass of water only 5 days then stop any change please report me back after 3 week ,OK
