Really Bad Skin

Hi,

I have really bad skin, not acne. just small bumps under the skin and its is oily and flushed/blushed. I have tried homeopathic remedies in the past but nothing has worked. Can someone please recommend something. i am 24 old female living in the uk. am attaching images.
