Thought I would start sending short updates for the second round of dosage (ars alb 30c)
day 1: same symptoms. Still very congested, little itch in the throat specially early morning and night time.
something different - good amount of green discharge followed by gooey white discharge in the morning.
Also I have to admit, i was feeling miserable y'day so instead of taking only one dose i took dose twice. is it okay to take one extra dose on the BAD days and continue taking single dose on Not so BAD days? or just stick to one all the time?

day 2: feeling much better. Also not as congested as before. But Congestion still there and itching in the throat too.
discharge: very little in the morning, white gooey.
But I have to say, after taking ars alb. eventhough I am congested my energy level always comes back, that lathargic feeling is gone.

day 3: something really starnge has happened. Y'day I was very well till night. Then I took my second dose. After taking the second dose within 1/2 hr I was totally congested. Is it possible? or is it just in my mind? Also I took one more dose today and am back to mouth breathing cant speak properly heavily congested self. Is is what is called 'reverse effect' or something.... or it might be just something else entirely. Pls let me know if I should take any other doses or just stop for a while.

I did not take any medicine y'day night as well as today morning : am doing little better, completely congested still but better than y'day. Also had some clear discharge from nose in the morning.

Hello Sir -- today is my 4th day w/o any medicine. I am feeling better but am still congested. Not as much as before though.
My analysis after taking 2 doses of ars alb-- the very first day I start taking the medicine, I always have good amount of discharge the following morning. My energy levels also come back. But as for stuffy nose, it has never actually made me congestion free. It keeps varying from heavy congestion to medium but the feeling of having gooey thing in my nose is always there. Once in a while discharge comes out of nose but mostly its just post-nasal drip. It works very well for first 2-3 days but after that I dont see any difference at all.
So do you want me to start taking the third dose again? or should we try some other medicine?

Well actually a frnd is coming from India in 2 weeks, so I can ask her to get that for me. Is it easily available in India over the counter? If so, I can definitely get it. Thanks!

Sorry.. when you said weekly dose, is it twice daily or just once?

oh ok. will do. IS this enough though? Also I wanted to ask.. I read it on this website that when u take homeopathy medicine u shud avoid drinking coffee and eating mint. I did that for the last 2 doses since they were like everyday but now since its one dose in whole week.. do I not take coffee at all?

Its almost a week that I have taken medicine. I am feeling much much better(not completely well) but almost well. So tomorrow do I take the next dose or let my body fight it out now? Last tuesday when I took dose, for 2-3 days I was very very congested but then got better, so I am worried of being congested again after the dose, but at the same time I want to feel completely well too. Pls let me know.
