Always tired

I am always tired lately. I get about 6-7 hours of sleep a night and yet I wake up in the morning exhausted like I never slept. I have gone to the doctor to get checked. However all results came back saying that I am fine. I feel sluggish all day. I dont know what to do. Any suggestions??

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?

6. Which time of the day you are worst?

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.


8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?


12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?

22. What major diseases are running in your family?

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.

24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.

25. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.

Hi patient in my openion you can try selenium 30 in wet dosage.Please take a bottle of one liter capacity and fill it with 500ml pure mineral water.Pour 3drops of selenium 30 in it.Shake the bottle 30to40 times maintaing a gap of one ft.Take 1teaspoonful of prepared medicine 3times a day atleast 30 minutes ahead of every meal,b4 taking the medicine shake the bottle a few times.Please continue this medicine for an extended period of time till you feel better then stop.First you should continue at least 2weeks and inform here to give you further advice.Did u ever tested your blood sugar and what is the result pls mention here.You should avoid spicy and oily food at night.Wishes u the best.Malaker

2. what other physical sufferings do you have in your body? the only other physical sufferings i have is my knees. my right knee is worse than my left.

3. what mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings? i am suffering from the fact of falling asleep and getting caught by my boss and getting fired.

4. what exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? describe the sensation in your own words. i feel very tired. my eyes are extremely heavy and i want to sleep.

5. when did it all start? can you connect it to any past event or disease? i really do not remember whenit exactly started, however it it getting worse

6. which time of the day you are worst? it depends sometimes first thing about maybe an hour upon wakening or sometimes it is around 2 in the afternoon

7. what are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc. things that aggravate it the most is boredom, being on the computer staring at the computer screen, trying to calcualte numbers as i am a bookkeeper. things that make it better is really nothing other than trying to close my eyes and sleep.

- how do you feel before or during a thunderstorm? before a thunderstorm i get anxious sometime during the storm i love to just sit and stare

- how do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife? i love my family and friends and i adore my future husband i would do anything for any of them

11. what are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly? my fears are not making it struggling to survive in todays society my dreams i really do not remember


12. what do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions? i sometimes crave sweets however i have been trying to stay completley away from the carbs

13. how is your thirst: less, normal or excessive? my thirst is normal i guess i do not find myself overly drinking fluids

14. how is your hunger: less, normal or excessive?
my hunger is normal depending on how i am feeling whether i am really hungry or not

15. is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand? seafood

16. is your sweat normal or less or more? where does it sweat more: head, trunk or limbs? my sweat is normal i guess i sweat mostly from my head which i hate being a girl my hair then get drenched and it is gross

17. how is your bowel movement and stool type? my bowel movements are pretty good depending on the food i ate it is usually pretty much solid unless i have something like last night i had ceasar salad and it ran through me this morning

18. how well do you sleep? do you have a particular posture of sleeping? i guess i sleep well i really do not know. as for my posture when sleeping i sleep on my right side

(for females) i am 5'4 approx 225 lbs i have brown hair and brown eyes

24. if your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc. they are normal with normal cramps

25. what major diseases have you had in your life and when. please write them in a chronological manner. the only thing i have had was tonsilitis when i was little and as a adult i have had bronchitus

please take PULSATILLA 200C one dose everyday in the morning in empty stomach for a few days.

if you notice a positive change in you in the next seven days, you can taper down the doses.

if you do not notice absolutely any positive reaction in you, take one dose of CALC CARB 200C once every week for three weeks.

please report after a week.
