I took lycopodium 1M the other day for

•low self esteem (something i had since childhood from age 7)

•mild anxiety - when approaching people – but after starting conversation ok

•very organized individual /independent/enjoy learning new skills/creative

•had osteoporosis (left upper back) as a teenager but has improved greatly

•I notice that if I am in a conversation sometimes if I am challenged or feel threatened I can be a little defensive( will try and end the conversation) I don’t get angry but – Inside my body I can feel pressure building up from my stomach to the back of my throat - when this happens I tend to catch it quickly (10-15 secs) and my who demeanor from then on is calm and controlled

•I have an inferiority complex on some occasion mostly people I perceive who have power

•sugar craving as a baby to date ‘chocolates, cakes - mum always told me she had trouble feeding me as I would not eat as a baby unless the desert was mixed with the main meal

•About 5 years ago loss my hair - sides are still there but top a few strands – at the time I was eating a lot of spicy/sugary food and alcohol.

• I enjoy sports but as a kid I had poor stamina now I can easily run 4 – 5 miles

•I very rarely get sick - fever 2 in the last 15 years
•Get a headache if I don’t eat for a period of time


The 1st day 1 had a headache after one hour then after another hour I was ok – no change in my mood

2nd day I had sugar craving in the evening and my mood was better, head felt clear and my motivation improved slightly

3rd day had sugar craving in the afternoon, my motivation has been good, feeling positive about future plans

I am a little concerned about my craving for sugar just wondering if I have taken the correct remedy

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I believe in the concept that a single dose of any medicine will do all the good it can, if you wait for a long time (upto a month atleast) without taking any other medicine.

Forget about the day to day variations, and review the benefits after a month.
