Due to Sevier testicular pain, I went to see a doctor in 1994 at the age of 16. So they did several investigations and concluded it as an infection of the left testis. I agree with them. Because, when I ejaculated, I saw full of pus. So they treat with medication. After three months, again I got same problem to the right side. After the treatment I haven meet any doctor for anything for 6 years. I the year 2001, I 1997, i noticed left testicle is much more descended than the right testis. But I ignored that. Later on, in 1999, I noticed some jelly like particles are there in my semen. After 1 year I went to see a urologist, follwing several investigations he said that there was nothing wrong, but i was strongly disagree him after asking several friends of mine whether they have such problem. So i went to phisycian. He aske me to do take a sperm count(abslute spermatazoa count.) I did that and the reslt was shked me. It has no sperm at all. (Azoospermia) After getting married in 2002, I went india to do a surgery. So they did a 'great' job with no out come. But there was onthing whic made me happy. That is they did testicular biopsy which showed spermatogonies fron both testicles. More over they took around 200000 soerm from aride side testis which they used for sperm perfusion to my wife(no result at all). Still we hve no remedies for this, other than that, I have some other problems too like lack of interst in sex and premature ejaculation and sevier pain on the operated cite(where verso epididymal anstomosis done on the right side testis. Can any professional help me to overcome those problems I have mentioned above. Mohamed, with regards
