pilonidal cyst

I'm 34 male, i've had a pilonidal cyst surgey in 2002 and after that i nov 2004 the infection came back after 2 years. I had to take some anitbotics and the infection went away but now the infection came back. There's almost no swelling, but there's a small pit that drains a little bit every day.
I don't have pain, but I do have just a little bit of discomofort when I sit in some chairs.
I was told that I shouldn't have it surgically removed until it gets bigger, but I was wondering if I can get rid of it through homeopathic treatment before it gets bigger.
