teething and 7 month old

Hi

My son is 7 months old now and suffreing from frequent cold due to teething.. cpould you recommend any remedies for teething and cold ie blocked nose... due to this problem he cant sleep flat and i have to rock him all night as he keeps waking up every 1 hour... i have tried chammomila 30c but i think that it keeps him awake and irritable rather then sleepy and calm
