Anal Fissure

I am 29 years old and otherwise healthy but have had an anal fissure for about 7 months starting 6weeks after the birth of my first child. There is bleeding and A LOT of pain with BMs and all through the day. I am desperate for help. I am still breastfeeding and a homeopath has advised me the following Calc. Four200x, Aesculus Hip200x, Hemamalis 200x, Bryonia 200x, Nox Vomica and Ledum. Is it okay to start all of these at the same time??? Any advise would be helpful. THANK YOU!

Dear Kamela, only one remedy is ever taken at a time.

I have no idea what this practitioner thinks they are practicing, but it is certainly not Homoeopathy.

I would suggest you look elsewhere.

just take PULSATILLA 30C every 4 hours for some days and note the difference in 2 to 3 days.

if it works, continue 2 doses a day for a week.

else come back with your generals and mentals.

do not take more then 1 medicine at a time,
you please take RATANHIA 30, 4 times a day for 3 days, it works wonderfully in such kind of long lasting pain of anal fissure.

Thank you very much for all the information.

I will first order Ratanhia and try it for 3 days. Is it okay to take with meals and are there any types of foods I should avoid with this?
