Home remedy for panic attack

In the last week two people tried my home remedy for panic attack which has strong calming effects immediately, staring at their hand,or rather any patch of skin on the hand, a women who said it aborted her panic attack in one minute and a boy who the school called his mother about re his panic attack which he aborted when she told him to stare at his hand

Steve, it's wonderful that you think of the ways to help people and share it freely - there are many ways of RELAXATION though, gazing at an object is only one of them.
And panicky people really need to relax!

Adam I find that staring at any body part produces calming and healing effects that cant be duplicated by staring at anything else. Tell me if you can discern the difference, but the effect is interfered with if done near any radiation so away from computer , cell phone etc,

Hmmm.... it's really hard to test unless you need it yourself.
It might be that it is easier to relax when gazing at oneself
or
as I read recently, one of the most powerful healing tools is our own ATTENTION (and in a way you pay attention to yourself then).

Here is how I know and why it works

I have a unique factor in my blood, identified at 3 medical institutions mostly the Loma Linda VA Hospital and Chiron Biotech Corp in experimental tests, , and the muscle contraction effect it causes when my immune system is being stimulated by anything, has allowed me to be able to monitor, with great precision, the status of my immune system second by second for the last 23 years, and to thereby to know what the effect is of the things people do, are exposed to, eat, etc,, including the precise DEGREE of any immune stimulation., because it matches the degree of muscle contraction I feel., and also things that block that stimulation, like most types of manmade radiation if we are close enough to the source

I was then able to corroborate that effect of the item in question by the effect of it on my repeated viral bouts. Once I was able to identify an item as having an effect on my immune system, I was alerted to follow whether its effects on other types of healing than is done by the immune system was effected similarly, and it was, even for depression. I was able to establish that the effects in me of ain item, on an illness or injury, matches its effects in others, by having them test it.

The bottom line is that things we did a lot in close to the same way, throughout our history, when duplicated now, stimulates heaiing to the greatest degree, far, far beyond the known methods and unlike other categories of immune stimulating agents. The best ones of this evolved category never conk out or diminish over time, unlike all known methods I have tested. Some of these in the evolved category are much more convenient to do but the strongest of all methods is this one, looking continuously at any part of the body.

The strongest of these evolved methods is merely looking at any part of one’s body, (skin anywhere, on your hand, knuckle, foot, toe, knee etc,, which we invariably did when a body part became diseased or injured, That trigger has now evolved to the point that we can just continuously look at our body anywhere, not just an injured part, and an enormous stimulation of our immune and other healing systems.is created in 5 seconds and stopping immediately. after discontinuing.

The degree of this stimulation cannot be exaggerated. It is surreal. For example, one method which is not as strong as this one cured colds in 11 people in an average time of 3 hours. This staring method would be expected to take a lot less time than that.

People panic when they get themselves involved. Those who don't get involved and prefer to be an observer don't panic. Thats how Lord Buddha's great technique Vipassana Meditation has helped millions overcome their panic attacks.
This does'nt mean that one should lead a life of recluse. It only means that one should not inflate one's ego and should respect the cause effect rule.
When such egoless state of mind develops the person becomes abode of great qualities like love, compassion, forbearance, truthfulness.

I posted this on another panic attack forum, on depressionforums. I was talking with a woman I know from another website about it and she said she had been doing it all her life. So she posted this on that depressionforum websitea couple of days ago.

'I have tried this, and it really works! Actually I have been doing this throughout my life, before I ever heard of this technique. I've always found it very calming to stare at my hand when I feel stressed or tired. Now I am fascinated to understand how and why it actually works. It can't hurt anyone to give this a try. '
