Dr Mahfooz your help on frozen shoulder

I read one of your treatment going on cervical spondylosis.
Please have a look at this too.

I am a new member to the forum.
I want to ask remedy for frozen shoulder for my father as we have tried some allopathic medicines , but no positive effect. Following is the history ;

Frozen shoulder : Since 5 months
Age : 60
Diabetes : Yes , since 10 years, takes insulin, no tablets
Weight : 70 kg
Height : 5 fit 6 inches

He was a football player in his young age and has worked as a football coach. In the month of May 2007 he had TENDON ACHILLES ruptured in
his right leg as he was playing on the ground while coaching. In the month of June 2007 he had the surgery for the same (Tendon Achilles). After 2 months of rest his doctor told him to walk using WALKER , in that he has to lift his weight on his shoulder as the leg was in the plaster. After using WALKER for around two months , his doctor advised him to remove the WALKER and walk slowly and normally. He started walking normally but since then after using WALKER he started feeling pain in his right shoulder. Now it is around 5 months his pain has increased so much , he can't sleep well in the night and complains for pain in his shoulder. He is doing hot water fermentation and exercises daily 3 to 4 times to lift his hand up but he can't make it to the extent , his hand motion is very restricted upward as well as backside.

After that he planned to go to a orthopedic doctor and he advised him to go for the XRAY. I am typing the report below for reference ;

* ) RADIOGRAPHS OF THE SHOULDER (A.P. & LAT VIEWS) :

1) Sclerosis seen at greater turbosity s/o tenditis
2) REST OF THE No obvious focal bony lesion seen.
3) The gleno-humeral & acromio-clavicular joint spaces normal.
4) Articular margins are within normal limits.
5) Soft tissues appears normal.

IMPRESSION : TENDENTITS

*) RADIOGRAPHS OF THE CERVICAL SPINE(AP/LAT VIEWS)

1) Osteophytes seen at C3 to C6 vertebral bodies.
2) Generalised osteoporosis seen.
3) Loss of lordosis seen
4) The soft tissues are within normal limits.

IMPRESSION : CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS

He is very very upset , because recently he had the surgery and for that he had to take the rest for around 6 months. By nature he is very active and don't stay at home normally , he likes walking and going here and there.

Please help us by suggesting some effective remedies.
