Weight lossI've always been chunky I am 5'5 and weighed about 145pds. I've had some personal issues in my life and went throught a horrible divorce sometime ago. I've dropped 25pds in one month four years ago. I've since gained some of my weight but not much. I have trouble maintaining my weight. I am at 123 right now but would like to gain 10 pds. How can I achieve that goal. Ironically I have thryoidits, shouldn't I be gaining weight regardless. Please let me know what will help me gain some weight. Thanks !
