Pilonidal Cyst

I had an abscess lanced at the end of january and apparently it turned into a fistula. for the last couple of months, ive been dealing w/ it until march where i discovered this forum. i read up on threads in regards to fistulas, fissures, and abscess and was told to take arnica 30 wetdose and silcea 6. well i took that for 3-4 weeks and it didnt really help because it would still swell up then drain and this would continue every week.

then i stumbled onto a thread w/ Pilonidal Cyst. i read up on it and said to start using myristica 200 to let all the pus out. then once it drains, use silcea 30. once it stops draining, use silcea 200.

currently, the pus still drains a little but not as much as before. the swelling is close to flat but there is still a hard part which i do not know what that is. anyways, i am starting to take silicea 200. my question is what is the proper dosage that i should take. i know you take it once in the morning and once a night. but how many globules?

also, i have bought calcarea sulph 30 and hepar sulph 200 which i havent used. ive read that people use these products too. is that true?
