Constitutional for my daughter pls help.

Dear Drs.

what would I be typing in to start off a constitutional Remedy Finder? Would I just tick all boxes,eg. mind, extremeties, etc. and go through the whole lot?

This is for my daughter who is nearly 3, I've tried chamomilla and pulsatilla at different times, while I've seen more definite improvement with chamomilla (no more than 3 doses of 30c in one day) it doesn't last long and then she get's a kind of pulsatilla nature setting in, very whiny and clingy and insecure.. wierd! So I dose her with that - 1 dose usually enough.. then I find that she starts throwing, hitting, biting, etc when in a temper tantrum and better when carried, then calmer after dose of chamomilla in water, even a few sips. I'm confused, this yo-yo remedying cannot continue as it obviously isn't her simillimum (s)! Could the respected Doctors on this site please shed some light on this for me? I can give more details of course, please ask questions related.
She is bright and loving, yet capricious and very willful, must have her own way! Doesn't eat, tiny amounts, still given formula for vits. she was a reflux baby and her 1st year was traumatic due to in and out of hospital the reflux was so bad, she still vomits when she gets worked up and too upset (following a tantrum). She has jealousy towards her 10 month old baby brother. Her speech is slow and she doesn't want to potty train even though I've tried to make it fun and relaxed. She likes to wear pants but wets herself before potty, refuses to use potty and then wants nappy on again.

These are just some details, sorry for rambling.
Please, any light shed would be most helpful regarding a constitutional rem.

Best Regards.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
To update, my daughter has just woken after vomiting in her sleep. This happens occassionally and is very distressing for her.

To add her 'constitution', although willful and wanting own way tantrums etc. there is also a seeming deeper seated level of insecurity and can be shy around strangers wants to be held by mummy alot and reassurance needed often. Also she can be quite aloof, so very changeable (hence thinking puls. however this brings bad reaction in her, tantrums usually!) Fear of creepy crawlies(bugs)!

I had given her a dose of chamomilla this evening after she had a huge tantrum (due to over tired), and a lot of hitting out today and snatching and biting and kicking - mixed with laughter and toddler rumbuctious behahiour! I put 2 pellets in water, she only had half of it before falling asleep, upon waking just recently in her bed she had vomited the contents of her stomach. This has happened before even before I began homeopathics with her, it seems related to upset stomach - for emotions.

She is light brown hair hazel eyes quite thin, incredibly active, always on the go, almost hyperactive sometimes and other times very tired but fights sleep until 6-7pm.. she refuses day time naps now, stopped napping 3 months ago, she will fight it to the core if I try to get her to nap, the only way she may nap is if in her car seat and then she will fall in deep sleep because of over tiredness. I have tried to incorporate naps any way I can but to no avail.

Thanks hopeful for some response.

There are indications of Tarentula here. Especially the vomiting after going to bed, is a very strong indication. Fear of crawling insects is also pointing to it.

Give her a split dose of Tarentula Hispanica 20C for 1 day only.

Dissolve 2 pills in 250 ml spring water, and give her 3 spoons from there at one hour hap. No more, and then wait for 1 week for changes.

I mean 30C above. 1 spoon from 250 ml bottle is 1 dose. Give 3 such doses at 1 hour gap.

Hi Sameer

thanks so much for your help. I am slightly concerned that tarentula would aggravate.. I guess at these doses it wouldn't right? There are some symptoms in the picture of Tar.hisp. that I can see in her but others not..i.e. showing of body parts etc etc. Therefore can I ask in ignorance here.. would the listed symptoms in the picture arise if she takes the remedy, or would it just cure the symptoms within the tarentula picture that she has currently?? I don't think it fits as a constitutional but I hope it would lift the layers that she has been suffering??

Thanks much.. await response before dosing.

It shouldnt aggravate. However, to be sure, let us take it 1 dose at a time. Just give 1 dose i.e. 1 spoon from the 250 bottle. No more after this.

Wait for 3-4 days after this dose.

Not all symptoms of a remedy picture are there in a single person. The patient's symptoms have to be a subset of the remedy symptoms. Unless overdosed, accessory symptoms do not arise.

Dear Sameer,

Thanks for prompt reply, my goodness you are busy on this site so I appreciate your insight. Just one more thing, her last dose of chamomilla was yesterday, can I give the first dose of this next remedy within 72 hrs of the chamomilla or should I antidote her now? I really can't see a 'true' picture of her currently because of the puls. followed by chamomilla, I feel her constitution may be aggravated now. I just don't know. She's been up and down for so long.

Sorry to be a bother but I am concerned about her behaviour and lack of apetite also everything must be 'mummy do it' no one else will do, whilst I realise some of this is normal she has huge seperation anxiety also, if I tried to leave her in a play group she would have a fit until I returned, so I don't! I'd just love to see her more balanced. I'm so upset she had a dreadful first year with the gastro reflux hardly ate took minimal amounts, unfortunately she had alot of allopathic meds to bring her through as I didn't use homeopathy then which I feel guilty about. So she is an unbelievably picky eater now and the only real food she will take is milk. I know that 'missing' out on alot of good baby health in her first year means she is a little behind now, hence the jealousy towards her baby brother. I dread taking her for food intolerance testing in case lactose comes up! I think she's stubborn enough to simply starve herself if I didn't still give her formula! I know her constitution is low because she's catches every bug going. I just want to get her on the road to better stronger health.
Golly sorry for rambling, I'm just a rather emotional and drained mum right now!

Many thanks again.

Give it atleast 72 hours after the Chamomilla dose.

Tarentula has pretty much all of her symptoms.

OK I will give her first dose in next couple days. Just 1 tspn to begin with and monitor for 3-4 days.. I will log in again at that point to update if that is ok with you?

All the best, rose
