very peculiar problem pls help me!!!!!!!!!!

for the past 2 years iam suffering with this problem. I want to know how does it occur and what is the remedy?
a whiteish matter gets deposited in my penis under the foreskin it remains greasy and wet with a foul smell, there are some red small boils also , I clean it every day but agains it comes in the third day. as iam going to get married, i am very much worried. is it any infection or sexual disease, Iam a virgin please help me

but what is the dosage to be taken? i have purchased 30 ml Sulphur-30C. should i tke it with water or directly in toungue, how much drops?
