trigeminal neuralgia

Hi i am wondering if anyone could give me some advice on this. My mother has left sided facial pain, at the moment the docter has her on neurotin with adverse side effects. We are looking for alternative methods. She finds some relief with heat packs.

give ACONITE 30C every 3 to 4 hours till the pain subsides.

once a response is seen, please stop the remedy.

Blocked tear ducts respond to Silicea. The pain in the head will also go away with it.

Suggestion:

Start with Silicea 30 ...every two hours ..until better...then begin to reduce frequency...gradually taper off and stop.
