anal fissure

I have had the problem of anal fissure for over 2 years.Allopathic medicines did not help much. Ultimately I resorted to homeopathy and as suggested in these forums I tried arnica 30c, nat phos6x and silicea6x which has tremendously helped thanks to homeopathy I have no more pains and life is normal now. i just have one little problem.I have a skin tag or a sentinel pile at 6 o clock position which becomes slightly big soon after a bowel movement and goes down during the course of the day, No major discomfort. But is there any cure for this in homeopathy Surgery will be he last thing i will opt for .

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
silicea would probably help in this case.

take silicea 200c once a week for many weeks.
