Blocked Nose

I am 24 yr. old. Weight 60kg and height 5.11 ft.

I have sinusitis since my childhood. Now my both nasal pores are bloked(left partially and right completely blocked).

Please suggest some effective remedy.

One query. - Is sinusitis curable?
