Acne on left cheeks

Hi,I have not been sleeping well for the past 9 months,and as a result my skin suffer.Things have improved a bit now.However,i realised most of the acnes are on my left cheeks.I was wondering if there's anybody out there who suffers the same thing,and know what it means,(i know it means something in homeopathy),and let me know about it?Many,many thanks.

I have successfully treated many cases of Acne with Arnica 30 .

Dose twice daily till pimples disappear and you might take it for a week after but just once daily.
