phlegm problem.

i am having problem with phlegm in my chest and it really disturbs me a lot. i dont smoke or drink. i always have to get phlegm out of my chest after brushing, eating or drinking water and sometimes when my throat is dry. this problem has been with my since childhood. if i could remember, i noticed it when i was 8 and im now 24. please what can i do?

Have you taken any homeopathy medicines in the past? If yes, whats the response?
