always a cold

Hi im wondering if anyone can advise me on what to take pls.

I have a constant cold all the time,i wake up and i violently start sneezing for a start,then i either have a blocked nostril discharges water or should i say cattarh.
Im very frustrated because it wont stop.

i have checked my body temperature and it is moderate.
i have started the nat mur and im strrugling to cope with the problem that i have as i cant sleep during the night because i wake up now in the middle of the night sneezing alot and the my nose is either congested or running.
I have had no choice during that time but to revert back to either co-codamol or lemsip to help ease my suffering.
its same in the morning and during the day until the paracetamol wears off.
i suffer from asthma and because of the cold that its causing me to breathe through my mouth which is putting pressure on my chest.
if there is anythin you can recomend then pls dont hesitate to advise.

i have been taking nat mur 30c and arsenic alb 30c 2 tablets 3 times a day and there are been no improvemnt,what you are recomending will that allow me to be able to breath through my nose and stop the congestion in my nose and the violent seezing?

Hi i posted a reply on the 15th asking how to take the drops as i have never taken them and its now 5days and nobody seems to have the decency to reply,im only asking how to take the drops not to pay for them!!!
could anyone out there advise me how to take them pls..

please take sanguinarinum nitricum-30 (5 drops direct on tongue or in a little water)at night
and report after a week
