Ear blocked due to cold and cough-need homeopathy

I have caught cold and it causes ear blockage. I need medicine that will help me to unlock my ear block.At present I am in hearing problem Can't hear a little sound. Medicine needed.

Kali Mur 6x and Nat Mur 6x, five tabs of each three to four times a day and a feedback after 2 days.

Why this people seeks prescription? They are not giving any feedback? Though it is a site of involuntary. I can not neglect my expectation.
