Cold

Doctor,
I am suffering from cold with watery eyes and burning sensation deep inside the nostrils. The nostrils are closed and discharging little bit of phlegm. Difficulties in swallowing with burning sensation in the upper part of the throat. Kindly suggest a homeopathy remedy.

Sabadilla 30,Ferrum Phos 6x and Nat Mur 6x five pellets/tabs three times a day.

Feedback after 2 days.

After taking the medicines for two days, got relief from the burning sensation. The nostrils are still blocked and discharging thin phlegm with heaviness in the head. Should I continue the medicines ?
