Slow developing cold

I need some help finding a remedy.
For a long time (around one week, but I dont know exactly. It started with simply and annoying irritation in the throat. As you might feel if you ate some small food that was a little bit too spicy or acidic. This would cause a slight irritating cough as if my body was trying to eliminate this from the throat. It was so minor I did not treat it, I thought it will just clear up.

But very slowly, over two or three days, it was persistent and the coughing increased in intensity to periodic coughs. Two short sharp dry coughs. Not at all periodic, quite annoying. Almost as if you would cough if you inhaled some chemical fumes like sulphur or chlorine.

At this point I did not have time to fully repertorize but because of two coughs keynote I tried out Pulsatilla. Initially 30C split dose but the effect was short so I switched to 100C.
This gave some relief from the cough but did not stop the overall progression completely so I suspect maybe it was related remedy but not the similumum.

After this I slowly started developing some sinus congestion and tiredness. Stool was not really diarohhea but was quite watery and little bit morre frequent than normal. I take a lot o fluid and electrolytes so no dehydration. Iniitally there was a small amount of post nasal fluid drop at back of throat but that stopped. Now mostly there is sinus congestion, worse when I lie down so I feel a bit suffocated when I sleep and not getting good sleep.

The sinus congestion is mainly upper sinus on the right side, but sometimes it suddenly clears for no reason or it switches to left side. I dont understand what triggers this.

I have noticed a few times it seems to be worse indoors than outdoors. When the sinus congestion clears up for a small time it triggers sneezing from the sense of clear air entering nostrils.

Please suggest a remedy or any suggestions if possible.
